Zoom meeting – please enter the meeting by 7pm.
As part of Hedon Viewfinders 10th Anniversary we return to the use of Zoom to meet up on Wednesday. It’s fitting for nostalgic reasons that we are using Zoom. The video communications software enabled the club to continue meeting for several weeks during the dark days of the COVID pandemic. During that period we held two online gatherings most weeks; a Wednesday club meeting and a Saturday ‘Happy Hour’ social event.
For Wednesday’s meeting, please attempt to sign up to Zoom in advance and have a practice/refresher with using the programme, particularly how to share your screen to the rest of the meeting. You can also test your web camera and microphone is working. We’ll be opening the ‘waiting room’ from 6.40pm and only those we know will be let into the meeting. So do make sure that your real name is visible or let us know in advance your User Name.

This will be a short meeting (40 minutes) and we will attempt to cover two things: Confirm the details of meeting places and times for our upcoming 10th Anniversary events, and secondly, an opportunity for those who went to Whitby Goth Festival on Sunday to share some of their photos. We may open a further meeting after the first if needed.
Look forward to seeing some of you on Zoom on Wednesday!
Hedon Viewfinders is Hedon’s own community photography club meeting at the Haven Arms in Hedon most Wednesday nights from 7pm. It’s free to join. It’s free to take part in our activities.
